The most influential Sunni leader in Iran demanded equal rights and opportunities for Iranian Sunnis in employments, distribution of posts and religious freedom in the 28th graduation ceremony of Darululoom Zahedan on Thursday 4th April, 2019.
The most influential Iranian Sunni leader visited Sistan region of “Sistan & Balochistan province” on Saturday and Sunday (March 9-10, 2019) where he took part in three graduation ceremonies and met with people of different classes directly.
Note: a journalist of Daily Etemad recently interviewed Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, president of Darululoom Zahedan and Friday imam of Sunnis in Zahedan where he underlined that they never commit treason against their country.
Writing a letter to the most influential Iraqi Shia cleric, Iranian Sunni leader asked him to use his influence for decreasing Iranian Sunnis’ problems and constitution of a multi-ethnic government in Iraq.
Alluding to the unstable situation of the country and challenges faced by different classes of the society, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid put establishment of a consultative council from the entrusted elites of different communities for revising the current policies and strategies.
