The eminent Islamic scholar shed light on the importance of education and getting knowledge in his Friday sermon of 16th Sep. 2016 in Zahedan and termed education and edification of children the ‘most important duty’ of parents.

Reacting to the recent insult of Sahabah in a national state-run TV channel, the outstanding Islamic scholar criticized IRIB, asking the authorities of Iranian TV and radio to apologize to the Sunni community for insulting Sahabah officially.

Considering “the correct training and upbringing” as the best gift that parents can give to their children, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid in the ceremony of this week in Zahedan pointed out to some rights of children upon parents in Islam.

The outstanding Iranian Sunni leader, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid has criticized hanging of a group of Kurd Sunnis in Iran, and warned about the ‘negative consequences’ of such executions.

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid expressed his deep concerns on the spread of sins in society in his latest Friday sermon of July 29, 2016 and termed ‘dereliction in enjoining good and forbidding wrong’ its reason.

Pointing out to the failed coup attempt in Turkey in his sermon of July 22, 2016, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid termed it a ‘big good news for all minded nations’.
