Shaikh Ab. Hamid said on the verge of the new academic year in Iran:

Planning for Education of New Generation, Duty of Families & Governments

Emphasizing on the importance of learning academic and Islamic sciences and its impact on the development of the society, the Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan considered the proper planning for the new generation’s edification and education vital along with spiritual programs.

Talking to Sunni worshippers in Zahedan’s biggest Friday gathering on Sep. 17, 2021, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: “Proper planning for the education of the next generation is one of the most important tasks of families and governments. The future of the new generation is bright when the new generation is properly educated and equipped with morality and faith”.

“If we fail to bring up the new generation, they will destroy the material and spiritual achievements of their ancestors”, said the most influential Iranian Sunni leader.

“The Qur’an has put saving yourself and your family from the hell first and said: O who you believe save yourself and your family from the hell”, he said.

“Today the developed countries and wise nations have given education priority. The best families are those who care about the material and spiritual affairs of their children”, president of Darululoom Zahedan said.

Referring to the approach of reopening of schools and universities, the eminent Sunni scholar of Iran said: “We are approaching the days of reopening schools and universities. Our boys and girls must be educated, recite the Holy Qur’an and be adorned with the best morals”.

“To have a developed society, our students must be specialized in various fields. They need to get education in different sciences and fields. Our people must be skilled in science, adhere to religious teachings, recite the Holy Qur’an and be ready to serve the community”, said the prominent Sunni scholar of Sistan-Balochistan.

He continued: “Some people only think about the material life of their children and don’t care about their spiritual life, while we have to plan for our children’s material and spiritual affairs”.

“Take care of your children, love them and make a schedule for their Holy Qur’an. The best families are those who plan for their children’s knowledge and guidance and raise them properly”, said the Friday Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan.

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further addressed the young generation to save their ancestors’ achievements and said: “Follow the right path of your ancestors who were righteous people. Be punctual to the regular and Friday prayers, earn lawful, avoid sins and negligence, get knowledge and follow the direct path of the Shari’ah.”

New governor of Sistan-Balochistan should put solving economic problems and eliminating discrimination first
Pointing out to the introduction ceremony of the governor of Sistan-Balochistan, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid considered “solving economic problems, implementation of justice, eliminating discrimination and inequality and providing drinking and agriculture water” as the most important demands of the people of Sistan-Balochistan.

“I thank the Supreme Leader and the president Raisi for their attention to the remote areas of the country, especially to the deprived province of Sistan-Balochistan”, said the president of Darululoom Zahedan.

He said more: “The president Raisi had promised that he would appoint a special governor to the Sistan-Balochistan; we hope that the new governor will be the origin of goodness and change in our province.

He emphasized on appointing the young and capable people to solve the problems.

Addressing the new governor, the Friday Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan described solving economic problems, implementing justice and eliminating discrimination and inequality among the main demands of the people of Sistan-Balochistan.

Imam of the grand Makki mosque of Zahedan added: “The new governor should also work on solving the problem of drinking and agricultural water, which are the public demand of the province”.
