Mawlana Abdol-Hamid called people to follow the Holy prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, in all stages of life, in his Friday prayer sermon of November 15, 2019 in Zahedan, Iran.
He said: “Rasoulullah, peace be upon him, is the best example to be followed in all stages of life; in morality, ethics and behavior that the world cannot find such an example”.
Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said that the Holy prophet, peace be upon him, is the best role model for mankind in daily life and added that Holy prophet is the best teacher who showed humankind the reality of life.
“Manage your life and take care of it; Allah warns us to avoid from attractions of the world. Do not involve your mind and heart with material things; the material world is unsustainable and the hereafter life is eternal and everlasting”, Shaikh-ul-Islam said.
He said that the Holy prophet peace be upon him taught us to keep materials as much as we need; not to run towards life as there does not remain any difference between lawful and unlawful. The love of materials should not stop us from fulfilling our Islamic and financial obligations such as paying Zakah and giving charities, orphans rights and etc.
“The Holy Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him kept striving for the hereafter and was busy remembering Allah every moment. He took benefit of materials according to his needs and benefited others more. He made constant struggle for the hereafter life”, president of Darululoom Zahedan said.
Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said: “Unfortunately love of materials caused negligence in society; people are busy talking useless things in their meetings. They have forgotten grave and the Day of Judgment”.
He said that negligence is increasing day by day and mentioning the hereafter is decreasing that is contrary to the Holy prophet’s life. As Muslims we should improve our faith, morale and behavior and change our life.
The success of repentance is a sign of friendship with Allah
The Friday prayer Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan insisted on the necessity of repentance and said Allah remembers those who remember Him and loves those who prepare for the hereafter and remember the death and Allah. He hates those who pursue their desires and forget Doomsday.
“Those who disobey the Holy prophet’s guidance and teachings are far from Allah’s mercy though they own wealth and property. On the other hand, those who obey the Holy prophet’s guidance and teachings are close to Allah”, the Imam of Grand Makki Mosque said.
Salah\prayer is a connection between Allah and His servants
Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid continued his Friday speech by mentioning the importance of prayer and said that the one who offers prayers, he speaks to Allah directly.
Salah lifts the veil between servant and Allah; Salah is a particular worship that draws the attention of servants to Lord”, he added.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said Salah is a connection between Allah and his servants; we should forget everything during performing prayer except Allah’s fear and His love.
Charity rescues Allah’s punishment
The director of Darululoom Zahedan frightened the worshipers Allah’s punishment on doomsday in his last points of Friday sermons and said that people are dying with negligence every day without preparation for the hereafter.
He then encouraged the attendees to give charity to rescue from Allah’s punishment saying: “The one who gives charity for Allah’s seek and spends money to orphans, students, illnesses and to build mosques, is on the path of Allah”.
The senior scholar of Sunnis in Iran advised the worshipers to return to Allah once again and showed them the ways of success in both world and urged that Muslims should change their lives by fulfilling regular prayers, remembering Allah every moment and avoiding, sins and etc.
“To be successful, fulfill your duties, obey Allah and follow the Holy prophet’s life”, he further said.
