Shaikh Isma’eelzahi condemned the attack on some border guards of Iran in the last week in his Friday sermon of Dec. 20, 2013.
Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan said, “In the last week three personnel of the border guards lost their lives in a roadside bomb attack near Saravan; it is a describe act. All, including scholars, tribal elders, educated class and others, oppose violence in our province. We never favor violent actions.”
He underlined people of Sistan-Baluchistan want stability and peace in their region. They look for more fraternity and development of their province. The government of “hope and discretion” is going to take the issue of developmental projects seriously. The people support it too by good suggestions and consultations.
The eminent Islamic scholar concluded his points by saying, “It is a good point that the new officials want to resolve the problems and progress the province with the help of people and their counsel. In such circumstances, we need more security and peace in the region. We hope there would not be any sort of insecurity, people get durable peace and solidarity in a sooner future.”
