Shaikh Abdol-Hamid Isma’eelzahi, Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan, Iran, expressed his solidarity with the families of Baloch missing persons in Pakistan calling on the Pakistani rulers to respond to the demands of protestors to convince them.

Alluding to the 700km long march of the Baloch activists in Pakistan which has been finished last week in Karachi, the Iranian Baloch scholar said on Friday, 29 Nov. 2013, “The protest rally of the Baloch activists and families of the missing persons that was afoot got a global coverage by media. Many of men, women, children, old aged, students, journalists and politics joined the protest rally from Quetta to Karachi; they want to send their messages to Pakistani rulers and the world. The protestors claim that some Pakistani intelligence agencies are behind the abduction and assassination of their loved ones.”

Mawlana Abdol-Hamid further said the Pakistani authorities must pay adequate attention to the demands of the protestors; the rulers should not neglect the voice of their masses in any case. The power holders in Pakistan should hear the voice of the oppressed masses of Balochistan and the rest of their country.

“It is the duty of judiciary to conduct a fair investigation about mutilated bodies of citizens have been being found from deserts, missing persons and abducted activists in the past months and years. Their recovery and trial of the culprits can heal the wounds of their families,” he added more.

The outstanding Islamic scholar of the Iranian Balochistan applauded the step taken by some Baloch activists to protest the suspicious incidents of abduction and killing of Baloch citizens peacefully. He said, “The pedestrian protestors are sympathetic human beings as they walked more than 700km on foot to express their demands. We ask the political and judiciary officials of Pakistan to follow up the case of our Baloch brothers and sisters giving them any convincing and reasonable response.”

Anger of Israel proves the usefulness of the nuclear deal
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid counted the nuclear agreement between Iran and the G5+1 a good news for the Iranian nation. He said, “The agreement between Iran and the group of 5+1 on the nuclear case of the country was welcomed by all including the nation and other countries but Israel; now we are sure this agreement is in favor of the nation as Israel, our enemy, is unhappy with the deal.”

He termed Israel the only loser of the nuclear agreement, saying Israel was angry over the historical agreement because she wants to impose any war on the Iranian nation. Israel wants Iran to not have peaceful nuclear energy. Israel lost another chance to engage us in any devastating war. If extremists in the West and the Zionist regime of Israel were happy with the agreement took place in Geneva, we might have been doubtful on the accuracy of the pact.

The appointment of the new governor shows ‘discretion’ of the president
In another part of his speech before thousands of worshippers in Zahedan, Khateeb of Ahl-us-Sunnah said, “The appointment of a sober governor for the province of Sistan-Baluchistan proves the president wants to fulfill his promises made during the election campaign. We hope the doors of problems especially the police state in the region would be opened by the keys of discretion step by step.”

He concluded his points by saying, “Fraternity can be strengthened by the implementation of the law and justice. Durable peace can be obtained only via equality; justice guarantees victory and stability of the regime and the region.”
