The outstanding Iranian Sunni leader, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid Isma’eelzahi, has left Tehran to Madinah al-Munawwarah for performing Hajj of Tamattu’.
Khateeb of Sunnis left the Iranian capital, Tehran, to the City of the Prophet on Tuesday morning, 1st Oct. 2013.
This is the first time he can perform Hajj after three years; his passport had been confiscated by the security officials of Iran.
