The outstanding Islamic scholar, Shaikh Abdol-Hameed Ismaeelzahi, along with his comrades left “Kahir” to “Souru” on Sunday, 2nd December, where they took part in graduation ceremony of the memorizers (Hoffadh) and graduate students of Zarrabad.
Shaikh Abdol-Hameed among people of “Sandsar”
On the way of Souru, Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hameed Ismaeelzahi, stayed in “Sandsar” town. He talked to people gathered in the seminary of “Dar-us-Sunnah”, founded by late Shaikh Ahmad Sayyaad. He was welcomed by eager residents of Souru warmly.
Mawlana Abdol-Hameed regarded late Shaikh Ahmad Sayyad (martyred) and Mullah Muhammad Issa, may Allah have mercy on them, in the beginning of his sermon. He alluded to the comprehensiveness of Islam, saying the perfect religion of Islam includes all sects and opinions; it calls all towards mutual understanding and solidarity.
He added more, “Muslims can get unity and solidarity by imitation of the noble Qur’an and Sunnah. Remember! We can not get prosperity unless we do not follow Islam fully; it does not matter what we call our selves. A successful nation gets Allah’s supports and salvation throughout trueness and by avoiding creation of disputes among Muslims.”
Graduation ceremony of “Farouq-e-Adham” seminary in Souru
Souru village of “Zarrabad” is situated 200 km of Chabahar city. Its population is more than 350 families. Khateeb of Ahl-us-Sunnah participated in a graduation ceremony of students where people of different cities of Hormozgan province such as Jaask, Minab, Bandar-e-Kolahi and other towns of the province as well local residents had gathered to listen to the advices of Shaikh Abdol-Hameed.
Molawi Abdol-Malek Malekipour, Friday Imam of Konarak city, welcomed the guests expressing his special thanks to Shaikh Abdol-Hameed and his delegation over queries of him in Sunni-populated regions. Shaikh Malekipour urged on people to avoid sectarian contests saying unfortunately some elements preach their personal views and sects. Muslims should avoid such seditions and act upon the noble Qur’an that invites all to fraternity. Scholars and intellectuals should work hard to remove misconceptions of people.
Mufti Muhammad Qasem Qasemi and Hafedh Muhammad Karim Saleh also talked to the audience at the function. The principal of Dar-ul-Iftaa in Darululoom Zahedan made it clear the main aim of such gatherings is to listen to sermons and act on them correctly. Such meetings bring the mercy of Allah and the angels around attendees.
Mufti Qasemi further said there are some divine commands which are easy to exercise like: “Eat and drink”; but some others may contrast personal whim whams and wishes. Even some people may face economic damages due to adopting some orders of Allah. A real Muslim accepts all commands and directions of his Lord in any situation. He asked the audience to be alert over the massive attempts and endless intrigues of Satan in order to misguide people.
Speech of Shaikh-ul-Islam in Souru
Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hameed enlightened the importance of Islam in the graduation ceremony of “Farouq-e-Adham” seminary in Souru. He underlined Allah’s pleasure can be achieved only by acting upon the brilliant teachings of Islam that is a comprehensive religion for the entire human being. It has been guiding people since its foundation until now; it would lead mankind to the right path to the last day of this world as well. Religious and pious people will retain immortal fame and praises by other good people, while bad servants would meet damnation of all.
“Sahabah, the Companions of Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, got success in their times because of full acceptance of Islamic Shari’ah. If we seek respect across the globe, then imitation of Sahabah is the only option. Many people only meditate how to collect more and more wealth; such servants have been called by Allah in the Qur’an “like animals”! They suffer from lack of sagacity and discretion”, he added more.
The chairman of the Coordination Council of Sunni Seminaries concluded his points saying it is rational that people have different ideas and juridical tendencies. Residents of Zarrabad must avoid sectarian arguments. Followers of all schools of thought, particularly Sunni Muslims, have no disagreements in the tenets. Ethnical and religious clashes are derived from mental inanition; Muslims should show tolerance. Islam is the thing that should be preached not any particular sect! Muslims can invite others to the mutual tenets and commands of Islam avoiding juridical differences.
The graduate male and female students were honored at the end of the function, a group of Huffadh, memorizers of the Qur’an by heart, awarded as well. It is notable that marriage sermon of 15 young couples of the town were recited in the meeting.
Shaikh in Chahan village
Next day, on 3rd December, 2012, Shaikh Abdol-Hameed left Souru to Chahan village. He addressed people in “Khaatam-ul-Anbya” grand mosque calling on them to act on the directions of the Noble Qur’an.
He pointed it was out of Iranian rulers’ expectation to lose the war with Arab Muslims. But Sahabah could conquer Persia by the force of the Qur’an. The recent wave of Islamic awakening over the world should encourage us to not miss any rule of Islam.
Shaikh-ul-Islam with the residents of “Dahan”
In the evening, the delegation of Sunnis’ leader stayed in Dahan town of “Bent” district. Dahan is populated with 400 families situated 85 km of Nikshahr city.
The rector of Darululoom Zahedan, the largest seminary of Sunnis in Iran, began his speech before enthusiastic people of Dahan by reading the 34th verse of Sourah Ibrahim of the noble Qur’an. He said Allah Almighty considered the needs of mankind before its creation. Blessings of Allah are uncountable. The greatest blessing of Him for human being is Islam and correct belief in God. If the entire world changes to gold and jewelries, it would be nothing comparing to the blessing of Islam. Material wealth is mortal but the wealth of faith and credible tenets is eternal.
The member of the International Union for Muslim Scholars went on saying, “Some groups travel to our villages from other cities to change beliefs of poor people; they misuse financial and cultural poverty of Sunni Muslims calling them to convert to Shiaism! Such exercises are illegal and haram. The authorities should stop these elements and individuals who create problems and destabilize peace of the region.”
Mawlana Abdol-Hameed urged stating these moves end up with sectarian clashes; we do not allow any Sunni to invite any Shia to convert to Sunnism where Shiites have the same conditions. As well as, we ask the authorities to curb fanatic groups who show themselves representatives of Shia community and invite Sunnis to change their sect. there is no need to make any Sunni “Shia”; rather both of them should struggle to stop Shias and Sunnis from leaving Islam and abjuring!
At the conclusion, some female graduates were honored by prizes; they had completed their courses in the female seminary of the town.
