Allah is All-Appreciative, All-Knowing.<\/em>\u201d and said: \u201cThe earthquake which took place recently in the western part of the country shocked everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n He reminded the audience two important issues and said: \u201cUnfortunately most of the people consider such incidents \u2018anger of the universe\u2019 as it is something usual and earthquake is only the result of the faults under the earth.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe Noble Qur\u2019an has expressed the conditions of the previous nations; when they were affected by quakes, drought and other tragedies, they used to acquit themselves and declare such punishments \u2018usual\u2019. They did not take lesson from the anger of the Almighty and avoided from repentance. Thus they faced bigger tragedies and finally uprooted fully,\u201d the president of Darululoom Zahedan said.<\/p>\n He further said: \u201cToday non-Muslim experts also claim drought, flood, tsunami, storms and earthquakes are \u2018anger of the universe\u2019. Muslims have been influenced by these propagandas and outward means. Divine punishments should not be called \u2018anger of the universe\u2019. They forbid people from repentance and returning to Allah.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSome people consider earthquakes and divine punishments \u2018test and examination\u2019. They do not want to accept these are the divine punishments,\u201d Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen divine punishment falls somewhere, it does not discriminate between children and aged people, innocent and guilty ones; it covers all. Allah Almighty says: \u201c\u0648\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0651\u064e\u0642\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0641\u0650\u062a\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0629\u064b \u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064f\u0635\u0650\u064a\u0628\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u0638\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0645\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u062e\u064e\u0627\u0635\u0651\u064e\u0629\u064b \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0639\u0652\u0644\u064e\u0645\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064e \u0634\u064e\u062f\u0650\u064a\u062f\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0639\u0650\u0642\u064e\u0627\u0628\u0650; And guard against the mischief that will not only bring punishment to the wrong-doers among you. Know well that Allah is severe in punishment.<\/em>\u201d We should be afraid of a punishment which covers all including innocent children because of our bad deeds,\u201d he added more.<\/p>\n The president of Darululoom Zahedan said: \u201cWe should tell people the realities and admonish them in order to awaken them. Allah says: \u201c\u0641\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0625\u0650\u0630\u0652 \u062c\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0628\u064e\u0623\u0652\u0633\u064f\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0636\u064e\u0631\u0651\u064e\u0639\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0643\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0642\u064e\u0633\u064e\u062a\u0652 \u0642\u064f\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0628\u064f\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0648\u064e\u0632\u064e\u064a\u0651\u064e\u0646\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0651\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0637\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064f \u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u064a\u064e\u0639\u0652\u0645\u064e\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e; But when misfortune befell them from Us why did they not humble themselves? Their hearts had hardened and Satan had made their deeds seem fair to them.<\/em>\u201d these earthquakes remind the people of Kermanshah and other parts of the country to be alert and repent to Him.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe quake in Kermanshah or in any other particular area does not mean their acts were bad and people in other region act well; in fact the acts of all of us are not good. Allah sends down His punishment to any town to admonish and alert the people of all areas and towns. If Allah does not punish us, it is just His mercy not the fruit of our acts,\u201d Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid underlined.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cDivine punishments hold messages for us; they are the fruits of injustice, cruelty, negligence and sins. The officials, scholars and all people should return back to Allah and repent. Such incidents tell us that the Almighty is not satisfied with us and our deeds.\u201d<\/p>\n Help earthquake-affected people of Kermanshah<\/strong> He said: \u201cThe large-scale quake in Kermanshah was massive with high damages and losses in lives. The losses in lives may exceed thousands. Due to cold weather, the victims suffer a lot outside of their damaged houses.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe ask the officials to help more the victims of the quake. But apart from the official departments, public organizations and common people also should support them as the quake was so massive,\u201d he added more.<\/p>\n Khateeb of Sunnis called on people to take part in the campaign by helping people in cash or sending goods. He said: \u201cHelping these people who have been affected by quake is a Jihad.
