Therefore, do not spend these days in negligence. It is mentioned in the Hadith that no good deed is more beloved to Allah than those performed in the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah. During these days, serve Allah Almighty, perform good deeds, and benefit other people. Sacrifice and the Eid prayer are among the greatest acts of worship and deeds of this decade.
The Friday Khateeb of Zahedan said: It is mentioned in narrations that fasting each day during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah carries the reward of a year’s worth of fasting, and fasting on the Day of Arafah (9th of Dhul-Hijjah) becomes a means for the forgiveness of sins from the previous year and the year to follow.

Hajj is Among the Great Pillars of Islam
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid continued by saying: The first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are also the days of Hajj. Hajj is one of the great acts of worship and pillars of Islam. Hajj is a manifestation of Allah Almighty’s power and an important and extraordinary gathering for Muslims where people of different colors and races from all over the world gather in the land of the Two Holy Mosques, which are among the Symbols of Allah, to perform the Hajj rituals and weep before Allah.
He added: When the construction of the Kaaba was completed, Allah Almighty commanded Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) to announce to the people of the world to come to this land from near and far for the pilgrimage of the Kaaba and the performance of Hajj rituals. Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) made the announcement, and Allah Almighty conveyed this call to all the worlds until the Day of Resurrection; thus, throughout history, humans from every corner of the world have headed to this land to visit the Kaaba.

The Land of the Two Holy Mosques is a Great Center of Guidance and a Place for the Acceptance of Prayers
The Friday Imam of Zahedan said: The land of the Two Holy Mosques is among the great centers for guidance, reform, and forgiveness, and it is a place for the acceptance of prayers, repentance, and supplication. There, pilgrims repent, intending not to commit sins again and to observe the Rights of Allah and the Rights of People.
He added: Although those who go on the Hajj pilgrimage benefit from the special and specific blessings of that land, the blessings of Hajj and its rituals are not limited to the pilgrims alone; rather, these blessings reach all Muslims and the people of the world, because prayers are offered in that holy land for all humans and Muslims.

Excess and Neglect Damage a Person’s Religion and Worldly Life / The Messenger of Allah Abhorred Extremism and Harshness
In another part of his speech at the Friday prayer gathering in Zahedan, Mawlana Abdol-Hamid emphasized moderation and balance in religious and worldly affairs, saying: Moderation and balance in all matters are extremely vital and important. Going to extremes (ifrat and tafreet) damages a person’s religion and world and destroy both. Excess and neglect in economics and trade destroy wealth and capital.
He added: Extremism and harshness in politics and administration cause the destruction of affairs. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) liked moderation, balance, and gentleness in all matters and abhorred excess and harshness.

The Messenger of Allah Turned Enemies into Friends Through Character and Gentleness
The Friday Imam of Zahedan clarified: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) influenced the world through his character and gentle nature, impacted his enemies, and turned them into friends. People flee from harsh-tempered individuals. But now that the country is in a state of war, inflation and high prices have no limits.
He further noted: The noble and great nation of Iran are the main owners of this country and its vast wealth, but they are in very difficult conditions and are enduring hunger. Elsewhere, decision-making regarding domestic and foreign policies is in the hands of the government, but unfortunately, in our country, the government has no effective role in national and international policies except for execution and implementation.
He added: The problem lies in the constitution, and as long as no change is made in the constitution, no one can organize the country’s situation. The problems and crises of the country must be pathologically analyzed.

The People of Iran Have Many Words and Grievances
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid further said: The people of Iran have many words and grievances as they have lost their material assets, and many have also had their religiosity damaged in these political conflicts and have become pessimistic toward religion. There is no defect or weakness in religion, the Prophet, or the Qur’an; any weakness that exists is in the performance of us. Therefore, my advice is not to blame the weak performance of humans on Islam and not to become pessimistic toward religion.
He added: We ask Allah Almighty to remove calamities and problems from our country and guide the country in the correct and right direction so that the dear nation of Iran can leave these sufferings behind and reach dignity and pride.

Internet Shutdown Torments People; End this Process
The Friday Imam of Zahedan, in the final part of his speech, criticized the “shutdown of the international internet” in the country, and said: The internet shutdown in the country is annoying for the general public.
