Talking to tens of thousands worshipers on Friday, 17 Oct. 2014 (22 Dhul-Hijjah 1435) in Zahedan, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid pointed out to the old record of the West in creating disputes between Muslim states and said, \u201cDespite enjoying a free hand as well as different facilities and tools, the Western powers never aimed to bring peace and reconciliation in the Muslim countries. It has been for years, they could not resolve the issue of Palestine because they have not wanted to do so. However, the UN, Security Council and the US have a free hand to implement peace and stop clashes and disputes, but their record affirms they never strove to resolve disputes.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a proof that these powers have no problem with disputes of Muslims. Even they work on intensifying the differences to pave the way for their entrance in Muslim countries by inking up security deals and other types of agreements,\u201d he added more.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rector of Darululoom Zahedan, the biggest Islamic seminary of the Sunni community in Iran, underlined, \u201cThe Western powers want to see Muslim leaders begging them and depending on them. While it is much better for Muslims to supplicate before Allah the Almighty; they should depend on each other resolving their problems without relying on their enemies. In this way they can protect their borders before the malicious powers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018War on extremism\u2019 without Resolving the Palestine issue cannot meet success<\/span><\/strong>
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid alluded to the issue of Palestine and urged, \u201cNowadays everywhere we hear regimes announce war on extremism and many of them call their opponents \u2018extremist\u2019. As I have told before numerously, the root cause of the recent wave of Islamic awakening and the rest of revolutions in the Muslim world is injustice, cruelty and despotism which the Palestinian nation has experienced.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Expressing his happiness over reorganization of Palestine as an independent state by some other states, he stated, \u201cIt is a good tendency that some states recently recognized Palestine as an independent country. More than one hundred states including Sweden and the British House of Commons recognized Palestine as a state; it is a vital change as it is a clue that people have come to kwon the issue of Palestine should be resolved legally and logically.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Addressing the Western leaders, the member of the International Union for Muslim Scholars made it clear, \u201cUnless you do not unravel the knotty problem of Palestine, you cannot win your campaign against extremism. Peace in the world cannot be ensured by bombing and military actions; war cannot make the world peaceful. Rather justice and the environment of dialogue and negotiation can bring peace across the globe.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf Israel ends occupation of Palestine, oppression and illegal settlements of Jews, it would be a big step towards a peaceful world; it was Israel that assaulted and occupied Palestinian territories, thus she should stop aggression and go back to her borders. Then Israel can also maintain its existence,\u201d he added more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alluding to the 9\/11 incident and its causes, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said, \u201cThe 9\/11 incident was a big tragedy for the US and we also condemned the murder of innocent people. But the question is that have the American leaders meditated on the main cause of that terrible incident? We saw, not only they tried to find out an answer for this question, but they invaded Afghanistan and Iraq on the pretext of \u2018war on terror\u2019; in the result they increased the number of their enemies in the world.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Western leaders should review their policies; war and violence cannot help the world to enjoy peace. If the Western powers recognize due rights of others hearing the voice of the Palestinian nation and other oppressed people in the world, they will ensure their security,\u201d he further said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Khateeb and Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan, Iran, urged Islam is the religion of peace not dependence. It is the religion of zeal not nervelessness. Islam is the religion of reconciliation not timidity. The entire world can live next to Muslims peacefully, but they must not occupy their lands and avoid cruelty too.<\/span><\/p>\n

Muslim leaders should depend on Allah, their nations not the West<\/span><\/strong>
At the end of his speech before tens of thousands worshipers in Zahedan, Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid addressed Muslim rulers and leaders, saying, \u201cMuslim leaders must know well that dependence on the Western powers cannot make them prosperous and safe. I would like to recommend them to rely on their own people. Realize the rights of your masses and sit with them around the negotiation table. Be humble with your people not the powers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSome Muslim leaders dress in the cloth of Muslims but with the thoughts and views of others. They have been trained somewhere else and they just want to deceive simple-minded Muslims,\u201d he added more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Islamic & spiritual development, the only way to get rid of crises<\/span><\/strong>
In the first part of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, urged on the importance of Islamic spiritual development and said, \u201cIf today\u2019s Muslims suffer from differences and disputes, which is only because they have left the Qur\u2019an and Sunnah behind. Material developments can decrease their problems in some fields, but they cannot get rid of all crises unless they develop their faith and deeds.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIslam has the best directions leading to the best morals and deeds. If we carry out the directions of Islam truly and completely, the entire world will bow down before us. The Islamic justice can ensure rights of all if it is implemented correctly. Then we will see everyone submitting before the justice of Islam. During the caliphate of the righteously guided caliphs, nations after nations embraced Islam when they saw the brilliant teachings of Islam and the justice of that.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Khateeb of Sunnis added more, \u201cNowadays, the Almighty has put Muslim under pressure to get them back to the Qur\u2019an and Sunnah. Muslims have been away of the Qur\u2019an and Sunnah in acts and morals; thus they face problems and difficulties in life. Many of the Muslims see their prosperity in dependence on the West while their respect is in dependence on the Almighty.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The rector of Darululoom Zahedan said the Western leaders have been striving to weaken Muslims religiously by getting them away from the Islamic teachings and tenets. But the true faith of Muslims has created obstacles before the neo-colonists. They have been struggling for centuries to make Muslims faithless; their failure in this regards makes them upset. It is a good tendency that Muslim youth return back towards Islam and Islamic instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
