He began his sermon of Feb. 07, 2014 by reciting the Qur\u2019anic verse: \u201c\u0627\u0644\u0652\u064a\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u064e \u0623\u064e\u0643\u0652\u0645\u064e\u0644\u0652\u062a\u064f \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u062f\u064a\u0646\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0648\u064e \u0623\u064e\u062a\u0652\u0645\u064e\u0645\u0652\u062a\u064f \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0646\u0650\u0639\u0652\u0645\u064e\u062a\u064a \u0648\u064e \u0631\u064e\u0636\u064a\u062a\u064f \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0625\u0650\u0633\u0652\u0644\u0627\u0645\u064e \u062f\u064a\u0646\u0627\u064b\u201d, (Today, I have perfected your religion for you, and have completed My blessing upon you, and chosen Islam as Din (religion and a way of life) for you.<\/em>); [05: 03]<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Shaikh said, \u201cIslam is the greatest blessing of the Almighty for human beings. Existence of the universe depends on Islam; unless the world exists, Islam remains too and He will be worshipped by Muslims. Islam is a religion for all; even those who oppose Islam can receive the blessings of Islam.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The eminent Islamic scholar added more, \u201cIslam is not limited to some ritual acts and commands; rather it is a comprehensive religion with directions for every angle of life. A part from its principles, honesty, modesty, justice, and truthfulness as well as eating legally are orders of the perfect religion of Islam as well. Islam survives when Muslims act upon the teachings and commands of it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The Friday Imam of Ahl-us-Sunnah in Zahedan counted \u201cmodesty and chastity\u201d among the most important orders of Islam, saying the Islamic Shari\u2019ah asks Muslim men and women to lower their gazes, specially gazes with lust; Allah says: \u201c<\/span>Tell the believing men that they must lower their gazes and guard their private parts; it is more decent for them.<\/em>\u201d [24: 30] Islam forbids people to enter others\u2019 homes without getting permission. When misdeeds prevail in societies, it is a threat for Islam. So there must be a struggle against sins. Purification of the society is very important issue.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Pointing out to some misdeeds, he said, \u201cIt is regrettable to see Muslims involved in different sins like murder, ogle and injustice. Some people respond to a \u2018slap\u2019 by \u2018bullet\u2019 and \u2018knife\u2019 while civilized and real Muslims forgive others. It is not worthy for any Muslim to commit sins; unveiling, addiction and rubbery are the sins which must be left. A narration from the prophet, peace be upon him, suggests that a real <\/span>Muhajir<\/em> (migrant) is the one who migrates from sins and misdeeds. Another Hadith says: \u201cThe Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe. The <\/span>Muhajir<\/em> is one who migrates from what Allah has prohibited.\u201d This is because true Islam is submission to Allah, perfecting servitude and establishing His rights and the rights of the Muslims.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Khateeb of Sunnis concluded his points by asking parents to consult with their children in the cases of marriage and avoid useless oppositions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Unity, Temperance & Justice Ensure Survival of Regimes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In the second part of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid urged \u2018unity, solidarity, execution of justice and temperance\u2019 can ensure survival of any regime.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The outstanding Iranian Sunni leader alluded to the 35th anniversary of the \u201cIslamic Revolution\u201d in Iran, saying it was the first Islamic awakening supported by all Iranian sects, ethnic groups, religious and academic classes. Even many of non-Muslims and non-religious citizens took part in the revolt against the regime of Shah.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Pointing out to the motivation of people in uprising against the last regime, he said, \u201cPeople, from different backgrounds, preferred democracy, independence and freedom of speech to tyranny and dictatorship; thus they took to streets to get rid of a tyrant regime.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>\u201cThe revolution of the Iranian nation was unprecedented; it was the biggest public uprising in the last century. People succeeded to oust a dictator because of their unity. The revolution of 1979 was a turning point for the nation as many other nations were inspired by it. I think as the people won and got liberated from a tyrant regime by solidarity, in the same way the Islamic Republic of Iran can be durable by unity of all sects and classes of the nation. Unity is the biggest element for the survival of regimes, as well as disputes and sectarian clashes are the biggest danger for any regime,\u201d Khateeb of Sunnis added more.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>He further said, \u201cImplementation of justice and sober behavior without any discrimination can guarantee existence of any regime. So all departments of powers in the country should take steps in the boundaries of temperance; Allah likes it and orders for sobriety and avoiding extremes. Going to extremes is a serious jeopardy for Iran.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Calling \u201ccorruption\u201d the most important threat for the Islamic Republic of Iran, the member of the IUMS stated, \u201cI think the biggest threat for the current regime is \u2018corruption\u2019; all pertinent officials should fight with corruption and bribery. It is a vital duty of all departments and official entities. The culprits, regardless to their posts and influence, should be brought to justice.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>He reminded the power holders in Iran to have an unbiased look at the entire nation. Political parties and wings are opportunities not threats; there should not be political disputes but peaceful competition. They must tolerate each other with a broad mind. This is the key of prosperity for any nation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>At the end of his speech, Shaikh Isma\u2019eelzahi called on investors to reinvest in Sistan-Baluchistan as the \u201cgovernment of discretion and hope\u201d has taken power in the country. He said there was not any threat for investors as it was in past; financers can earn more and provide chances for thousands of unemployed men in the province.<\/span><\/p>\n
