{"id":1593,"date":"2019-08-17T11:14:33","date_gmt":"2019-08-17T06:44:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abdolhamid.net\/english\/?p=1593"},"modified":"2019-08-21T11:15:23","modified_gmt":"2019-08-21T06:45:23","slug":"veracity-a-common-point-among-all-divine-religions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abdolhamid.net\/english\/2019\/08\/1593\/","title":{"rendered":"Veracity, a Common Point among all Divine Religions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Shaikh Abdol-Hamid pointed out to the importance of \u201cveracity and truthfulness\u201d in his sermon of Friday 16<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;August 2019 and termed this moral virtue \u201ccommon point of all divine religions\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talking to tens of\nthousands of Sunni worshipers in Zahedan city, he said: \u201cVeracity is one of the\nbest moral beauties while falsehood is one of the worst ethical vices.\nTruthfulness is an outstanding point of the Islamic civilization and one of the\nmost considerable capitals of mankind.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor the first time, when\nthe prophet PBUH stood on the mountain of Safa to invite people towards\nmonotheism and Tawheed, they listened to him due to their trust in his\nveracity. The prophet PBUH did not lie even once in his entire life. If we are\nhis real followers, then we should avoid lie which is a sin and root of many\nother sins,\u201d he further said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring to Hadiths,\nShaikh Abdol-Hamid said that truthfulness guarantees Paradise for every\nbeliever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said: \u201cThose who\ndonate and tell the truth, they are honest and truthful in their faith. As\nveracity has positive fruits, in the same way, lie has negative fruits.\nVeracity saves mankind and lie kills them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cProtect your tongue and\ndo not speak a lot; talkative people hardly can save themselves from lie,\naccusation and useless talks. Even do not tell lie to make others laugh.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President of Darululoom\nZahedan expressed his regret over the spread of lies among traders and in\nmarkets. He said: \u201cTelling lies in businesses and traders kill the blessing.\nPlus to positive points, tell the negative points of your goods, too. Do not\nexaggerate in admiring your goods.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He referred to a Hadith\nand said: \u201cThe prophet PBUH has informed us that a truthful and honest trader\nwill be with the prophets, martyrs, Seddiqin and Saliheen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of his speech,\nShaikh Abdol-Hamid appreciated \u201cjob-producers\u201d and said that creating job\nopportunities was a big achievement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shaikh Abdol-Hamid pointed out to the importance of \u201cveracity and truthfulness\u201d in his sermon of Friday 16th&nbsp;August 2019 and termed this moral virtue \u201ccommon point of all divine religions\u201d.
