The famous Iranian Sunni scholar criticized strongly rulers on refusing Sunnis\u2019 due rights and said 40 years had passed since the revolution and in future people may be disappointed.<\/p>\n
The website of Shaikh Abdol-Hamid reported that he said in his speech of 14th<\/sup> Sep. 2018: \u201cAfter 40 years people become mature in wisdom and experience. Thus Allah Almighty ordered prophets to start their mission after 40 years. Sunnis have been maintaining unity and peace along with the nation during 40 years.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHas the time not reached to look at Sunnis as \u201cIranians\u201d? Has the time not reached to engage Sunnis\u2019 elites in higher management on the level of country and province? Is not the time of giving Sunnis their due religious rights? Why they cannot establish prayers wherever they want? When exactly these demands will be fulfilled? Because we want to inform our people,\u201d he questioned.<\/p>\n The most influential Iranian Sunni leader further said: \u201cIt is the time to rectify the mistakes of past about the Sunni community. We expect a full attention and basic change from the top officials. If there is no any solution after 40 years, we cannot give promises to our people and make them optimistic.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0Sectarianist directors side particular ethnic communities<\/strong><\/p>\n In a part of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid reprehended some provincial directors and managers and said: \u201cSome directors in public offices take sectarian steps which clearly prove their ethnic and religious bias.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThese weak directors and officials have taken offices by different lobbying. But they have forgotten that different communities live in Sistan-Balochistan and they need unity. The weak directors just think of their ethnic interests and they make serious efforts to employ assistants from their own community,\u201d he added more.<\/p>\n Khateeb of Sunnis said: \u201cSuch biased acts are against the interests of the country and Shia-Sunni unity. The diversity of ethnic and religious communities should be realized and capable members of all communities should be engaged.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe members of parliament and officials who just work hard for particular communities, they cannot be representatives of all people. Rather they are representatives of any particular community. The state and current government should think for all classes of the society,\u201d he added more.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Imam Hussein stood against tyranny <\/strong><\/p>\n In the first part of his speech, Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid alluded to the uprising of Imam Hussein and termed \u201cimplementation of justice\u201d, \u201cenjoining to good and forbidding from bad\u201d and \u201cuprising against dictatorship\u201d among the main aims of the grandson of the prophet, peace be upon him.<\/p>\n He shed light on the importance of \u201cenjoining to good and forbidding from bad\u201d and said: \u201cAll developments and positive points of human society are the fruits of the call to Allah \u2013 enjoining to good and forbidding from bad.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIf all sides keep silent and avoid from their duty of enjoining to good and forbidding from bad, the whole world will be involved in corruption and misdeeds and then divine punishment comes,\u201d president of Darululoom Zahedan urged.<\/p>\n He emphasized on uprooting all kinds of corruption and said: \u201cThere should be resistance against political, management, social, family, tribal and all kinds of corruption. It is an ethnic and tribal corruption when people fight with each other and open fire because of ethnic disputes. Tribes and races are for introduction not fighting.\u201d<\/p>\n Shaikh Abdol-Hamid went on to say more about Imam Hussein, may Allah be pleased with him, and said: \u201cImam Hussein was the grandson of our beloved prophet, peace be upon him, and he was brought up by him as well his parents \u2013 Sayyidana Ali and Fatimah. None of our time\u2019s people can be compared with Hussein bin Ali.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHussein did not stand for conquest and gaining power; rather he stood for enjoining to good, forbidding from bad, reformation of society, implementation of justice and resistance against injustice and tyranny. He realized that the first man who was ruling on Muslims was a weak and incompetent as well as tyrant person. Hussein stood to protect the achievement of the prophet and the guided caliphs,\u201d he further said.<\/p>\n The famous Iranian Sunni scholar said: \u201cThe households of the prophet are respectable for all Muslims. They do not belong to any particular sect of Muslims. Apart from showing love the Almighty, the Last Messenger, his companions and household, we should imitate their directions. Real devotees of Sahabah and Ahl-ul-Bait follow their footprints. Otherwise their claim of love is false.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIf any Sunni does not respect or love the household of the prophet, we do not consider him \u2018Sunni\u2019 at all. If we do not dress in black and do not organize mourning ceremonies, it does not mean we are heedless about what was happened with them and their tragedies and disasters. It is just because our jurisprudence which has been derived from the Qur\u2019an and Hadith does not allow such mourning rituals,\u201d he added more.<\/p>\n Mawlana Abdol-Hamid called on all Muslims to protect respect of each other\u2019s sanctity. He said: \u201cEveryone is free to act according to his rulings and jurisprudence, but the respect of sects\u2019 sanctities should be protected. Our mutual enemies seek opportunities to create disputes and conflicts among the Muslim sects.\u201d<\/p>\n At the end of his Friday sermon, Khateeb of Sunnis expressed his regret on the rise of armed conflicts among young.
